30-day money-back guarantee

If a Benchmate kit isn't a fit for your shop, for any reason, ask within 30 days of buying it and we'll refund the full price. You don't have to explain or prove anything.

How to get a refund

1. Email hello@benchmateai.com from the address you used to buy.
2. Tell us which kit. Your order number helps but isn't required.
3. We'll issue the refund within 2 business days.

Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, through our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy. It can take up to 10 days for the money to show on your statement, depending on your bank.

After 30 days

We don't offer refunds after 30 days. If something in a kit is wrong or out of date, tell us anyway. We'll fix it and send you the updated version.
