These terms cover buying and using kits from Benchmate AI ("we") on benchmateai.com. By buying a kit, you agree to them. We've kept them short and plain.

What you're buying

A Benchmate kit is a digital product: a written, step-by-step guide with copy-paste message wording, AI prompts and templates for setting up one job in your business, such as texting back missed calls. You get it as a download and an online page right after you pay. Nothing is shipped.

Kits show you how to set things up in software made by other companies, such as phone, email or field-service apps. Those companies are not part of Benchmate AI. Their products have their own prices, terms and rules, and they can change them at any time. Each kit lists the tools it uses and what they cost on the date the kit was last checked.

Payment

Checkout is run by our online reseller, Lemon Squeezy, which is the merchant of record for all our orders. Lemon Squeezy handles payment, sales tax and receipts. Prices are shown before you pay. Kits are a one-time purchase, not a subscription.

How you can use a kit

• Use it in your own business, including with your employees.
• Edit the wording and templates as much as you like for your own business.
• Don't resell, share publicly, or give away the kit or large parts of it.
• If you run more than one business, buy a kit for each one.

Our part, and its limits

We work hard to keep every kit accurate, and we update kits when we learn something has changed. But we can't promise any particular result, such as a number of jobs, calls or reviews. How well a kit works depends on your business, your customers and the other companies' software.

Kits include general guidance about texting and email rules, reviews and similar topics. That guidance is not legal advice. You're responsible for how you use the tools and messages in your business, including following the laws and the rules of the services you use.

To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim about a kit is limited to the amount you paid for it.
